My puppy was very nervous, quivering and not confident at all. The team listened to our needs and concerns, talked through the experience we have had and gave lots of time. Milo was with them for 2.5 hours and they spent time playing and making the experience work for him. Not only that they reassured us too. Just Thank you so very much x

Jenny was really fast at responding to our request and to make an appointment for Romeo to have a full groom. Romeo had been traumatised by a previous groomer, and Jenny was so caring and gentle with him and really took her time to make him feel comfortable, safe and settled with her. Jenny listened to everything that we wanted and Romeo came back in styled exactly as we wanted him. Jenny is so professional, caring and friendly and I really couldn't recommend her enough. We are so glad that we found her and will not let anyone else groom Romeo now.

What a transformation ... my chunky boy is absolutely handsome, thank you so much Ruff Mutt for doing an amazing job. I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to have their dog groomed to go nowhere else but Ruff Mutt dog grooming, they are polite, professional and friendly individuals who do the utmost they can to ensure customer satisfaction and put the animals first.
